A structured 60–90 minute session. We map your workflows, your friction points and what a working system looks like for you. You leave with a written summary and a scope proposal.

AI Consultancy & Training
we teach your team the part that actually applies to them.
Not a generic AI seminar. We look at how your business actually works, then teach the specific things that will change it — retrieval over your own documents, using Claude properly, running models locally when the data can't leave, prompt patterns for your real tasks, which tools are worth the subscription and which aren't. Weekly online sessions, or on-site at your offices.
